If you have decided upon a career within the church, biblical theological seminary schools can help you prepare for that career by providing you with the tools you need.

The biblical theological seminary is the proper educational institution in which to enroll if your career goals consist of becoming a nun, minister, pastor, or priest. Most of the education entailed in biblical theological seminary focuses on four formations of human, spiritual, intellectual, and pastoral education. Biblical Theological seminaries also offer graduate and undergraduate degrees.

Some of the degree programs offered in a biblical theological seminary include:

  • Bachelors degree in theology
  • Masters degree in theology
  • Master of Divinity
  • Doctor of Ministry

In order for a monk, priest or nun to qualify for service within the church, they must enroll in a biblical theological seminary. In fact, in order to qualify for the priesthood it may be necessary to earn a Master of Divinity degree prior to being assigned to a church. Fortunately most biblical theological seminaries offer this degree program as it has become a common and rather popular degree.

Seminary schools may also apply for accreditation, as there are 5 accrediting institutions that are recognized by the United States Department of Education.

If you have decided to find a career within the church, a biblical theological seminary will provide you with the tools you need to answer your calling and get involved in the church right away!
